– 6 pieces of tofu
– 6 tbsp all-purpose flour (brand free)
– 1 egg- 5 tbsp water.
How to make:-
First, make the skin, bro, beat the eggs, 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, water. Stir until well blended.
– heat a teflon with a little oil and pour half the dough to make it like an omelette.
And do half the dough again, so you get two omelettes.
– in a separate bowl, crush the tofu and 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. Stir until well blended.
Then put half of the tofu dough on the omelette skin and roll it up.
Cut into slices or according to taste.
Fry in hot oil.
